Auction

1. All parties making a bid for the domain(s) shall do so with the intention of purchasing the domain(s) 65notout.com and/or 65notout.co.uk.

2. Once a bid has been confirmed it cannot be withdrawn and the party making the bid is agreeing to a contract of purchasing the domain(s) for the sum quoted if at the close of the auction it remains the highest bid and exceeds the reserve value.

3. Payment must be cleared to the seller (whose details will be made available to the domain purchaser) at the close of the auction before any domain is transferred.

4. You must be over 18 years of age and have the means to pay the sum you submit for your bid to be considered.

5. The auction will close at midnight on 31st July 2011.
